Terms of Service

Belio provides software tools for restaurant reservations, table management, guest management, menus, gallery, billing, and related operational functions (including optional reporting on eligible subscription plans).

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your account details up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or accounts.
• Upload malicious code, harmful content, or deceptive material.
• Use the service in a way that infringes rights of others.

You retain responsibility for the data you submit to the service, including reservation, guest, and restaurant data.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to use that data with the service.

Paid features or subscriptions may be subject to pricing, billing terms, trials, renewals, or plan limits presented at the time of purchase or in the product (for example, Pro reporting and acceptance of new online reservations depend on an active eligible subscription or trial as implemented in the platform).

Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

We may update, improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Belio and its related branding, software, and content are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of the platform or any related intellectual property.

Your use of the service is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these Terms, create risk for the platform, or where we are required to do so by law.

You may stop using the service at any time, subject to any applicable subscription or billing commitments.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement except where such disclaimers are not permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Belio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill arising from or related to the use of the service.

Our total liability for claims arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the amount paid by you to Belio for the service during the applicable period giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Belio from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the service, your data, or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the entity operating Belio, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
