Terms of Service

Belio provides software for restaurants to manage online reservations, tables/floor plans, guests, opening hours, menus, gallery content, team access, billing, and related operational tools (including reporting features on eligible plans). Public booking pages let guests request tables subject to the restaurant's settings and availability.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for activity under your account, including actions by invited team members.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Attempt unauthorised access to systems, accounts, or data.
• Upload malware, scrape abusively, or overload the Service.
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Use Belio to send spam or communications that violate applicable anti-spam or electronic communications law.

You retain responsibility for data you submit, including guest and reservation data. You represent that you have a lawful basis and any notices/consents required to process that data with Belio (for example under GDPR when you are the controller).

Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe according to the pricing and interval shown at checkout or in the product. Features such as Pro reporting or accepting new online reservations may depend on an active eligible subscription or trial as implemented in the platform.

Unless mandatory law says otherwise, fees are non-refundable once the billing period starts. EU/Spanish consumer rights that cannot be waived remain unaffected.

We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Belio software, branding, and related content are owned by or licensed to us. These Terms do not transfer ownership. You keep ownership of your restaurant content (menus, images, copy) and grant us a licence to host and display it as needed to run the Service.

Use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Non-essential analytics cookies require prior consent; you may reject or withdraw consent at any time via the cookie banner or our Cookie Policy.

You may stop using the Service at any time, subject to outstanding subscription commitments. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create security or legal risk, or if we must do so by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not exclude liability where Spanish or EU law forbids it (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or mandatory consumer protections).

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Belio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from the Service.

Where liability can be limited, our aggregate liability arising out of the Service will not exceed the fees you paid to Belio for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

You will defend and indemnify Belio against claims, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content/data, or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence in the EU/EEA.

Courts of Spain shall have jurisdiction, except that EU consumers may also bring proceedings in the courts of their Member State of residence where mandatory law so provides.

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance, except where mandatory law requires a different process.
